Our Facility Already Collects Urine Specimens. How Does Your Service Work?
? We will provide your facility with urine collection cups, custody-and-control forms, and pre-paid FedEx packs
? You will collect the urine specimen at your site
? Transfer the specimen to a laboratory specimen cup (provided)
? Fill out the custody-and-control form
? Pack the specimen and the form in a pre-paid FedEx pack
? Send the pack to the laboratory
? Negative Results are reported within 24 hours. Positive results are usually reported within 48 hours
? Confidential results are reported back to you on a timely basis either by fax, email, or telephone.
Our Facility is not Equipped to Perform Drugs Tests. How Does it Work in this Case?
? We will provide your facility with laboratory custody-and-control forms
? Send the applicant/employee/patient to a patient service center with the CCF form
? The laboratory will perform the drug testing.
? Negative Results are reported within 24 hours. Positive results are usually reported within 48 hours.
